Saving OurFather

Our Father has been suffering from Cirrhosis of the liver for the last 5 years.  He has undergone varies medical treatments. He recently took a turn for the worse. Yesterday he was transferred to Loyola Medical Center in Chicago. There we received news no family wants to hear.  Without a Liver transplant he has the life expectancy of a possible 4-6 weeks at best.  We were also informed that this procedure costs $100,000. He has been an extremely hard worker his entire life but because he is now on disability and receives less than $1700 a month he DOES NOT qualify for ANY assistance with these costs. As a family we are coming together in all possible ways to try and cover these costs as none of us are ready to say goodbye to him.  This man would give you the shirt of his back if you needed it. Our family has had an extremely rough year filled with many losses and we have been faced with one financial burden after the next. We still have hope! This is the absolute last thing we wanted to have to do but at this point we are willing to do anything we can! If we are unable to meet the needed requirements for the procedure the funds will be used for comfort care and keeping him as comfortable as possible. If God forbid that is where this journey takes us the medication that will be needed at that time is extremely expensive. ANY HELP you are able to provide is so deeply appreciated.
