Saving my best friend from cancer

This is my dog and my anchor, Kyah. She's a happy, energetic, bounce of the walls 8 year old Rottweiler/Border Collie mix. As someone who struggles with a long history of panic attacks and suicidal depression, she acts as my guardian and safety net and since the loss of my mom on July 1st, she helps me feel safe in my own home.

I recently found a lump on her nipple and realized that she had dropped a bit of weight, so I rushed her to the vet today (August 2nd, 2019) and they told me that my angel of a guard dog has two mammary tumors that need to be removed and that they also need to take blood work and spay her to reduce the risk of these tumors coming back, and that if I wait too long to have the surgery, things would get significantly worse which would both reduce her chance of survival and increase the bill dramatically.

My dog, my Kyah has been an instrumental part in helping me manage the grief of losing my mom, she has been an insurmountable help in me fighting my anxiety and reduce my panic attacks, and she keeps my depression at bay with her endless levels of affection and larger than life attitude. So I want nothing more than to give her a fighting chance after all of the wonderful years she's given me.
