Survival Fund for Pups and I

Recently as many know I had to say goodbye to my buddy Blake, his brothers and I have been mourning his passing ... and then two weeks ago a health diagnosis that left me realing. I was advised to take time to try and get health straightened out. Short version is I learned I am a critical insulin dependent diabetic: that I am at high risk for heart attack, stroke or possibly diabetic induced coma. 

For the last few years, I've fought hard to keep my boys together.  We live in my modified cargo trailer. A planned used camper fell apart last fall when the oil pump failed and destroyed the engine - the camper funds went to a replacement used truck. 

The doctor advised me to avoid any intense physical work at least for a few months as they help me get healthier. Very strongly avised to avoid manual labor until things stabalize. I have not worked in two months after a job ended when they couldn't pay us. Then a planned path changed when Blake's health failed and now mine. 

I love Tank and Mulligan, I want to keep them together. Several people stated they wanted to help and asked how. This gofund is the easiest way. In short a few needs to try to get through the next weeks - gas, perhaps a couple of things to improve my meal prep (a microwave, camp stove, toaster oven), food for boys, food to improve my nutrition (being brutally honet I eat once a day off the dollar menus not good but doing all I can to find us a path out). 

Several people have messaged me saying they and others wanted to help and to please set this up so that people could help. I need to mention the goal is because gofund requires one to be set. Anything will help and no words I offer will express how embarrassed I am but also grateful for all support both verbal and yes small financial. 

I will share a story soon ... about how Blake saved my life and how I can't let him down in keeping his brothers together if at all possible. 

Prior to the diabetes diagnosis I had other health issues and a plan in place ... The plan I have been working towards involved completing major dental work started last fall - but had to be put on hold. Then working towards a camper, and transitioning from construction into work that provides a living and I'm passionate about. Photography and my pups are what matter to me.

I will try to offer a thank you reward ... photo prints or something, I just need time to sort that out. I appreciate all who are concerned, encouraging me not to give up, and to ask for this help.

I'm terribly embarrassed by it, but recognize without the help I will lose everything. Without a way to get my health issues addressed I will soon fail on keeping the boys together. 

Without help or a solution, I will have to surrender my pups in about a week ... for their sake.
