Brittneys Battle Against Cancer!!!!

To say that Brittney is an amazing human is an understatement. Through her actions and commitment she has become a role model that represents strength and women's empowerment in the community.
Even the strongest people we know encounter obstacles, and unfortunately Brittney has recently encountered an obstacle that some of us have come to know to well. Cancer.
Stage 2 breast cancer. Due to the extent of the cancer and her age, her medical team at MD Anderson is treating it in multiple stages over a long period of time.
Being a single mother, a full time law enforcement officer, and kicking breast cancers @$$ can be strenuous in numerous ways and means Brittney can’t pick up extra jobs to cover the additional medical expenses.
Being a strong woman is a core value that Brittney holds close to her heart. These funds will give this woman more strength to battle cancer at her fullest capacity and relieve her from the stress of having to work overtime to cover additional medical expenses.
We will also be hosting a benefit offering BBQ plates and holding a silent auctions to raise funds for #LadyCop! The date and location are to be determined. Stay tuned for updates on this.
