Save local performing arts business

Ascend Flowarts has been a growing performing arts center in Wilmington for years. The owner has worked tirelessly to build up a thriving small business in the community that provide lessons in aerial arts for everyone from beginners to professional teachers. At the facility, students can learn how to fly on the Silks, Trapeze, Lyra, and more. Currently, the building (which has been fitted and insured to safety standards) that has housed the business since its inception, is being sold by the landlord. The owner of Ascend has done everything in her power to raise enough money so that she can purchase the building and ensure Ascend’s continuing growth and success, but she is running down to the end of a deadline, and needs our help! The owner has already raised over 90% of the funds necessary, but her options to raise the rest are running out.

This holiday season, please consider donating to my sister to help save a local business that gives kids and adults a healthy and fun way to express themselves through performance arts. The extreme hard work and dedication this business owner has displayed has proven her ability to succeed, and if she can make her goal, it will ensure her ability to grow this business for years to come.
