Save the Bagels!

Hi all! I haven't had the best of luck with mixers for my bagel operation. Now that I'm growing, it's extremely important to have a good mixer. It cuts down on time, makes the dough smooth and consistent, and honestly - it's just the best way to make baked goods!

One of my mixers no longer mixes, and the other one starts to smoke and gets extremely hot to the touch after making only 2 batches. I'm reaching out in hopes that you kind folks out there will donate to make my bagel dreams come true!

I'm starting wholesale accounts and hope to have my bagels in cafes like Dottie's in Pittsfield, On a Roll Cafe in Lenox, Marketplace in Pittsfield, No. 6 Depot in West Stockbridge, and more!

Any help is appreciated and every penny will go directly to expanding my bagel operation in The Berkshires.
