Save Sprout's sight

Never thought I'd have to bother anyone with my problems but not sure what else to do. My wife and I found this most adorable kitten to try and take our minds off of our ongoing fertility trouble, our hearts melted when we saw her little kitten face and she has made this life trial a little better with her affectionate and loving nature. This morning Sprout woke up with a squint in her eye, after a consultation we were told a very rare condition has affected one eye and will possibly affect both, the condition being luxation meaning the lens has broken free and will eventually blind this sweet 8 month old kitten. We are beside ourselves and would never trouble another soul for anything, if you can find it in your heart to help this poor little creature so early in its life we will be eternally grateful. Thank you for your time, your help could mean our precious Sprout keeping her sight for life and my wife and I finding the strength to carry on, God bless.
