Save Scarlett

On the 30th of August, we found our Scarlett early in the morning with a swollen face and not responding to us. We took her to the vet and they said she's got a concusion and must have had a good head collision with our other dog. Wasn't until we got home and observed the premises to see what she could have done it on that we noticed all the fly screen on our back door had been cut away around the handle and lock. And further found Scarlett had a chipped off tooth and skin missing from her paws. That's same week four other neighbours had reported break-ins and theft. 
We took her back to the vet and got an ex ray on her head, which showed she had a fractured skull and a broken eye socket, swelling on the area and internally bleeding all through her sinus passage. She was put on medication and have returned to the vet for numerous check ups and different medication to try and ease the swelling, nothing has worked. My last visit to the vet 2/12/16 has resulted in her having much more serious conditions than the veterinary had suspected, assuming they may be dead fragments of bone floating around creating infection and our only options is to operate or put her down. Please help us save our beautiful girl.  Any contribution helps
