Save my Baby Grandma-Ava Cat

6 months ago Ava was taken in by us to have a better life. When we got her she had 2 broken hips and was skin and bones. After only 2 weeks of saving her she was not scared of us and she let us walk around her and even hold her. She was showing drastic progress and had gained weight until 3 weeks ago when she was accidentally ran over and broke her hip and leg and foot and all toes, pretty much every bone shattered. 
2 nights ago I noticed her bone was sticking out and had been exposed to air. We took her to the vet and they said she has 3 options.... amputate, take her to San Jose and give her excellent medicinal care, or put her to sleep. The 2nd choice is what I would love to do but as of now, my only option is To put her to sleep because of how expensive the bill will be. Living in Costa Rica, making $ is not like making $ in the US. Life is hard here... but beautiful. I want to help my cat keep her life and continue to be spoiled eating fresh tuna and chicken wings each night. Guys, anything will help. Anything! I want to thank each and every person who has reached out to me in the past few hours who said not to give up, to have some hope in friends and family to help donate money to an innocent, sweet and gentle life that deserves to live.
