Save hoochs life

..Hooch my poor dog hasn't ate anything in going on five days and vomits everytime he drinks water..he is the most friendliest dog and always puts you in good spirits.. Now he is hurting and just laying around the house wanting to be alone.. Vet says we need to get him an exploratory surgery to check his intestines for a blockage.. we can't afford the surgery right now and my dog is suffering... Only option if we can't help him is to lay him to rest... he is a great dog and loves the kids.. but he is hurting and it's hurting us to see him like this ... PLEASE HELP TO SAVE HOOCHS LIFE ...PLEASE
