Save a colony of feral Cats

I have a colony of 15 deserted/abandoned cats. I have three heated shelters located in my back yard. While feeding, I noticed that one of the female cats had developed a severe case of what looked like mange. I contacted a local feral cat assistance orginazation looking for help in getting treatment for the colony, which includes five kittens.  

I need to rent a van to go get the traps, come back with the traps to catch and contain the cats. Will need to rent the van again to transport all of the traps fortreatment. It's 40 miles one way. Will have to go back in 48 hours to pick up the cats after treatment. After a two week period, I will need to repeat the process for their second treatment. While there, the cats will get fixed.
