I'm Sarah and have lived with knowing that I'm transgender since I was 3. Now 35, I simply want to get on with life.
Transitioning is a long, incredibly expensive, stressful and often painful process. But it's one that allows me to live as my true self.
Ongoing HRT (hormone replacement therapy) medication, hair removal treatments, specialists, travel and surgeries are all incredibly expensive. I'm doing everything I can but really would appreciate your help.
