Sarah Qiang is a 19 year old international student studying marketing at The Ohio State University . On Monday, September 10th her off campus house was broken into while she was sleeping. Her passport, debit card, and BRAND NEW laptop (bought last month) were all stolen.
She now has to travel to the Chinese Embassy in New York to obtain a temporary travel card so she can fly home to her family for winter break, whom she hasn't seen in almost 9 months. Sarah is unable to drive in the States, and now is unable to fly without her passport; therefore she will need to take a greyhound bus and find lodging in the city.
This fundraiser is to help Sarah fund her travels to New York, as well as help her to purchase a new laptop, which is necessary for her studies. Let's help Sarah raise the money to get home to her family, as well as supporting her education here at OSU.
