Sara Sturges (Parks) Recovery

I have never done this before..Helicopter accident. My daugher and stepson both broke their backs, young stepdaughter and fiance moving slowly. I hate to ask for help......but I'm going to need help caring for all; adding handicap handles to bathrooms, changing showerheads, babysitting for other children, while transporting to and from Doctor visits and physical therapy. Sara is most injured and will have longest recovery.
