I Need Your Help, A New Chair! (OFFICIAL)

I am currently fundraising for a new electric wheelchair, simply because i got turned down from many organizations that offer help, my current wheelchair needs expensive repairs, as expensive as a new chair and this one is old! The chair is my mobility due to a serious train accident when i was 14, resulting in the loss of both limbs on my left side. Without a chair, i can go nowhere, to my door and that's about it. 

I've been in Truro most of my life, i'm well known by many, but i need more help than any one person can offer. Was told 'no help' by many already, and am starting to loose hope, Organizations in charge of this kind of request have all turned me down, knowing the condition of my current chair, not sure who else to turn to! This winter will be the end of this wheel chair and is already to hard to get around as it is, electric parts seem to work when they want and the weather is not good for it, but i have to use it regardless. Unless someone can donate me a new chair i'm reaching out to all of you, anyone reading this request. I'm a caring person myself, and very positive. I help others as much as i can for what i can offer, now i need the help. I will not be able to get to the grocery store or doctor when i need to, i am worried. I have been saving money on my own but on a fixed income it is difficult to save any real amount. Even a portion of this money raised will have to go to pay for my "fundraiser"... everything seems to cost too much these days! The chair i need ranges from $15-25,000! Any extra after paying for a chair will be put in an account and used strictly for repairs in the future. My current chair can be used for parts or donated to someone in need that doesn't require such heavy travel around town. 

Anyone with information on how i can obtain a new chair is also welcome, as iv'e failed, everything is used used used, i need a new dependable chair.
