San Antonio medical trip

My name is Luis Nunez I am 43 years old ,live in marfa Tx . I am married to Julie Nunez ,we have three boys Anthony ,Nevin ,Jaden.I got diagnosed with Kidney failer on may 28th ,2016 and have been on dialysis ever since. On October the 8th ,I will be going to San Antonio for final blood work for a Kidney Transplant..I am raising money to make sure I get there would not like to lose my spot for a transplant...I would really appreciate your help..Thanks Luis Nunez.
