Save Sam from being deported&killed

Donation protected
Meet Sam. Sam is not from America. Sam is an international student and for the last few years Sam has been pursuing an Masters of Law in America. Sam has embraced America culture and become very vocal about human rights, even speaking out against human rights violations by his own home government (the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). Sam has also become a Christian while in the America. Because of Sam’s political opinions and religious beliefs, his government has unexpectedly cut off his funding for school. Sam’s visa now faces termination because of his lack of ability to pay tuition. If Sam returns to his home country he will face legal and physical retaliation because of his beliefs and actions. Since losing funding, Sam has transferred to a cheaper ESL school where tuition is cheaper and payment isn’t due yet. The law school he was previously attending refuses to refund him the partial tuition he prepaid for the semester. Sam can not legally work because that would violate his visa which would endanger his ability to obtain asylum.

Sam has no money to cover living expenses, no money to pay tuition to keep his legal status, and no money to hire a lawyer to seek asylum in America. Currently, Sam is living on a friend’s couch and eats potatoes and beans for every meal. Any money donated would be used to keeping Sam as a legal resident of the United States of America and out of harms way from his home country. Money would be used for legal expenses and paying tuition to keep his visa valid.

Help Sam continue his American dream. Let us not let Sam become a victim to oppression he has fought against.
