Help Lay Sam To Rest

Samantha Jacobs Rios has been missing for 28 years, We received a phone call 9-12-16 that we thought would never come from the Yakima Washingtion Sheriffs Department stating that her remains have been found. Although we wish that it was her on the other end of the phone we are thankful that she has finally been found and that we can finally lay her to rest after all these years. We are trying to bring her back home to have a proper burial and any donation to help us do this would be very much appreciated.
