Salty's Loose Teeth - Pet Surgery
Meet Salty!
My partner @jeperbees and I recently adopted her from a non-profit that saves cats from high kill shelters. When we brought her home she was skittish, but now she's adjusting well to being in her forever home! However, she is in desperate need for dental surgery as a result of the neglect she received her entire life. She was born feral, adopted into a hoarding house, placed in a high kill shelter, then rescued by the non-profit that we adopted her from.
What we thought was just a missing tooth, is extreme tooth decay and gum infection, preventing her from eating without pain and stress. This is an unfortunate symptom of the neglect and malnourishment Salty has experienced. When we brought Salty in for her first check up with our vet, we were informed of the dire state of Salty’s mouth.
Salty has five teeth that must be removed (including three of her canines) because of the decay of her teeth and the infection in her gums. Our vet has estimated that the cost will be between $1,016.48 and $1,233.33 (See image below). Since we do not have pet insurance and can’t afford the full procedure on our own, we hope to reach out to you for help. 
The money raised will go toward Salty’s dental surgery, follow up vet appointments, and prescriptions.

This is Salty. She loves playing catch, hiding in high places and jumping on the bed! Sometimes she likes to run around in the middle of the night, but she usually ends up asleep at the end of the bed!
