Safe Home/Property after the Earthquake

On Friday, November 30th my sister, Amy, brother-in-law, Randy, and nephews, Tucker and Burch experienced a 7.0 Earthquake. Their home and property has significant fissures, or cracks that are EVERYWHERE. Amy and Randy need our help to get their home back to a safe place for their children.
The Nakken's reside on a hilltop in Eagle River, Alaska, which was very close to the earthquake's epicenter.
Amy and Randy are the most self-sufficient people I know. When Amy consented to this fundraising page my heart sank. In one word, "go," I knew just how serious their plight is.
Their home's foundation sustained significant damage. Their home doesn't require a full rebuild, but will require expensive repairs, that most likely will be done with the help of her community and both the Foote and Nakken clans (insurance is a bust). Amy and Randy, I assure you, are wonderful humans like you, and have families that are damn strong clans!
Amy and Randy's property will require a lot of sweat, rebuilding, and concrete work. I'm not sure what the geological engineer will say about the fissures going down the whole edge of the hillside (more like a cliff), in which their home's foundation is 12 feet from...not to mention the huge crack (with an unknown depth) that runs down the center of their driveway.
Only time and expert assessments will tell just how much work has to be done. This fund is their start toward a safe home again.
