An amazing opportunity has come up to showcase within a group exhibition at Lovley Gallery, Tokyo. June 2017.
Sade English after four previous exhibitions showcasing photography, garments, film and painting, has been invited over to Tokyo, to both showcase and curate assist the Lovley Gallery Tokyo, Pop up. Lovley Gallery asides in London, and the pop up is a new platform curated by Bonnie Lovley.
The funding, will contribute towards soley producing new visual works that will be showcased within the group exhibition at Lovley Gallery, Tokyo.
After exhibiting new works, there will be a fith exhibition once back in London, to share what was created with contributions, alongside a new collection titled Embodied which was previously previewed at most recent exhibition Anticlone Embodied: Sade English at Old Street, London.

Forever refusing to become mainstream or a mass production based company, self funding has been the foundation to each project, however due to a sudden invitation to exhibit at the Lovely Gallery Tokyo, support for funding to attend the exhibition and contribute for this abroad project, would be more than appreciated!
