On the 24th of November, 2016, Thanksgiving Day, the world lost a bright light. Sabrina Baugh was crossing a street in Austin Texas, when she was tragically struck and killed by a motor vehicle.
In life, Sabrina was a vibrant soul, with an intensity unlike any other. She lived her life to the hilt, with unfettering passion. Those who knew her, loved her for her vividness and strength.
The sudden and unexpected nature of this tragedy and the immense loss, has come as a complete shock for her children.
Her daughters reside in Oregon, and her son was living with her in Austin. It is imperative that we raise enough funds to help her girls travel to Texas to lay their mother to rest. In addition, the girls have requested their father, Nigel, to join them on their journey as they make their way to Graesen ASAP. Sabrina's mother is planning to make the trip as well.
Because of the urgency and our desire to be with Graesen at this time, we have decided to depart from Medford by car. It is a 30-hour drive, and we plan on taking turns to be with him within a day and a half of departure. We plan to leave tomorrow, Saturday the 26th. We also plan to fly home from Texas if funds in this account allow for it.
All together, we are in need of 4 adult tickets from Austin back home, after Sabrina's services; and during the holidays, as one can imagine, the cost is great.
