Wheelchair Rugby Marathon Fundraiser

To raise funds for Leyland Warriors' Wheelchair Rugby team I am pushing the Greater Manchester Marathon in my everyday wheelchair. This is twice as far as I've ever gone before and will be a huge challenge!

Our Wheelchair Rugby team play both Wheelchair 7s and Wheelchair RL, with our players funding their own travel to matches all over the UK and most also fund their own sports wheelchairs.

Each game we host costs us hundreds of pounds in sports hall hire, match officials fees and ongoing repairs and maintenance to chairs!

I am fundraising to help keep our Wheelchair Rugby team operational. We're the only team in the whole of Lancashire and provide rare and much needed opportunities for players from all over the area.
