Please help save my only child’s life. My son Roland has been diagnosed with a terminal condition called gastroparesis (paralysis of the stomach), when he eats, he is left crippled with severe nausea, painful, ceaseless bloating and frequent vomiting purging corrosive stomach acids and blood. He has been sick for five years now with a one-year remission in between, his condition returned suddenly in a debilitating relapse. He’s lost over 50 pounds weighing 99 pounds currently, eats almost nothing (when he does eat, is mercilessly punished) and doctors know very little about his condition. He has seen dozens of doctors including specialists from several different locations, gone through many procedures and even two surgeries only to see him continuously deteriorating with worsening symptoms. I need to get him to New York’s Mount Sinai hospital where they have specialists that can help him. My son has health insurance but we don’t have money for travel expenses lodging and to keep our home going while we are away. Roland is unable to work due to his condition I work a full-time job but it’s off-season and I’m having trouble staying current on rent and household bills I’m not used to asking for help but I don’t have a choice, my sons life depends on it. It just breaks my heart to think of my four-year-old grandson growing up without his daddy home, he loves him so very much. Please if you can find it in your heart, help me reach the medical professionals qualified and knowledgeable to save my son’s life.
