Health For Lindsey White

Lindsey White is a neurodivergent artist, writer, artistic coach and musician who, at this moment, is currently unable to play her instruments. She was in seven car accidents before being diagnosed with Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (HEDS) and Dysautonomia (among other things)… and before learning that her spine was twisting as a result of accident-related injuries.

She worked too hard while undiagnosed, and every effort toward recovery was inappropriate or ineffective; she re-injured herself many times, while trying to heal. She was traumatized and harmed by an Investigator’s surveillance, who was hired by Manitoba Public Insurance or MPI. MPI has insisted again and again, despite medical information detailing invisible disability, that Lindsey is not who she says she is.

She just wants to get better and now needs more treatments and therapies, more supplements and medications and some medical necessities still to be unidentified. She spent nearly $40K on her health over the last few years and it's only just now that she has the information required to begin to start to get real help. But she can't do it alone.

Lindsey is asking for another chance at the career that she loves more than anything; to make more art and help others do the same in a way that doesn't hurt and that brings healing and wellness to others. When she is healthy, her goal is to pursue artistic projects, including those that serve the community and continue to make music more accessible. She worked hard to do so for a long time; now it has become inaccessible to her.
