It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the loss of dear friend, colleague and artist Jane Ryder.
Jane passed away on Thursday, May 12, after a five month battle with gallbladder cancer.
Jane was a gifted clothing designer, seamstress and hat maker, whose work was featured in UK Vogue, as well as numerous major motion pictures and television shows, including Salem.
Jane had a zest for life and compassion for people and animals, unlike anything I've ever seen. And, consider yourself lucky, if you ever got the chance to listen to one of her great stories, or hear her bold and brilliant laugh.
On behalf of the family, friends and fellow artists of Ms. Ryder, we are launcing the Jane Ryder Memorial Fund.
All donations received will be used to help with Jane's remaining medical and funeral expenses.
