We have created this account to assist Ryan in bills, and expenses because of the accident. Thank you so much for your donation no matter the amount. We are all extremely grateful.
The story is at approximately 6 am on Sunday, June 30th, Ryan and 2 friends started out on motorcycles for a day ride. They were on a 24 mile bridge called causeway in New Orleans, when a car hit him going about 77 (estimated by accident investigators) throwing him off, hit by a second car, missed by an 18 wheeler, and managed NOT to end up in the water (which would have different outcome). Just so happened that a Sheriff Deputy was driving behind and observed the speeding car that passed deputy and then struck Ryan. They immediately called for help, but the causeway is 24 miles and this was directly in middle. They have full investigation on that but that’that currently what were aware of. Driver was arrested as he was drunk among other things.
Without listing the specific injuries, Ryan has been put through the ringer and is fighting and improving everyday. It will be a long healing and rehabilitation process and will more than likely be missing quite a bit of work.
