This will take place on Saturday September 7th at Airport West. It will be a JUDGE FREE NON-COMPETITON throw-down with an hour full of exercise to be announced closer to the day.
RUOK is an Australian suicide prevention charity that aims to inspire people to take the time to ask “Are you ok?” and listen, which hopefully helps people feel more connected.
This is a cause that is close to my heart and extremely relevant with the connection and community aspect of Crossfit. For more info see the video below
