back surgery

After working 30 years as a nursing assistant, my back has finally had enough.  I have been out of work since 10/04/18 trying to avoid surgery and keep a house hold running on one income.  I have seen a pain specialist, orthopedic and neurosurgeons, have done physical therapy, epidural and facet injections, and chiropractic care.  My next step is radio frequency ablation and surgery if that isn't successful. to date my out of pocket expenses are $6859.  I never thought I would do one of these for myself but the doctors will not even schedule the next procedure until my bills are up to date.  Any help receive will be greatly appreciated.     THANK YOU
