ROUND 2! Help MeKayla TKO Cancer

Donation protected

As I sit here and write this story I do so with so many mixed emotions.  I feel feelings of pain, love, hope and and faith.  Let me take a minute to tell you the story of our beautiful Queen Warrior Mekayla AKA MeKayla The Princess Warrior.  See she was a princess when she was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma on January 15, 2015.  This beautiful (Inside and Out) Princess Warrior won her battle at the very young age of 15/16 years old.  During her battle Mekayla fought strong through the scans, surgeries, oncology visits, surgeon visits chemotherapy, blood transfusion, and physical therapy, however this wasn't enough for this horrible disease.  During this time our Princess Warrior lost her left leg above the knee and partial right lung.  Our beautiful Warrior Princess MeKayla was cured of her cancer. What joy we all felt.  This is why she is now our Queen MeKayla, beat cancer????  UMMMMM Yes, she earned that title!   Throughout this fight MeKayla NEVER lost her will to fight this dreaded disease.  Unfortunately on February 24, 2017 our 17 year old beautiful high school senior Queen MeKayla was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in her right hip.  According to her oncologist it is very rare for Osteosarcoma to come back and to come back on the opposite side of the body.  MeKayla has started Chemotherapy as of Thursday, March 16, 2017.  She will have another round of chemotherapy, along with scans, hip surgery, rehabilitation, and another 6 rounds of chemotherapy.  The first round of chemotherapy is to try and shrink the bone cancer in her right hip so the doctors are able to remove the cancer and replace the missing one with a metal rod.  Queen MeKayla has been blessed with a wonderful Mother, Father, Brothers, and Grandparents along with so many more wonderful caring family members and friends.  As most of us can very thankfully only imagine what MeKayla and her family are going through, they NEED our help.  As a mother and father of a child having to indure this at such a young age they will have to miss work and while they are blessed enough to have jobs that are understanding, unfortunatley companies will not just pay for all of this time missed from work.  I am asking for first and foremost and most importantly ALL of your prayers, but if there is anything that you can do to help this wonderful family financially it is greatly appreciated.  Just think of the difference that each of us could make if we could donate $1.00 and everyone we share with donates $1.00 and so on, until we have reached so many of our family and friends, the results could be amazing!  Not to mention the prayer of God's healing hands covering this young lady!  So it is with a very humble heart that I ask each of you to try and even imagine yourself in this situation, it is sickening to even think about, now imagine if it was your child.  I certainly know I would want to reach as many people as possible.  Please take time and pray for our beautiful Queen Mekayla and if our mighty healer and provider leads you to donate please do so, we are all very thankful for every penny you can donate.  If you are not able to help monetarily please please keep this precious young lady and her family in your prayers.  We Thank You so much for taking time out of your day to read about our beautiful Queen MeKayla.

2 Cor. 9:7  Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
