Roni and Rick’s Medical Expenses

My Roni and I have been blessed with 27 years of marriage. Both of us have faced medical scares throughout our marriage, but God has continued to bring us through each of those medical challenges. My wife, Roni, has suffered a brain hemorrhage with constant mini strokes and heart surgery to replace the aortic valve. The mini strokes have left her unable to work or drive long distances. I had pancreatic surgery at Duke Cancer Center about 5 years to take out 10 precancerous tumors. This next step is very difficult for me to ask for help and to put pride behind me. However over the past six years, we have incurred over $50,000 in medical bills that insurance did not cover. It has been extremely difficult to overcome. I just don’t want to place additional stress on my wife due to her mini strokes. Any amount that anyone can give would be a blessing to reduce our medical bills.Thank you in advance and God Bless!!
