Rodney's bills and stuff fund!

Hi, I'm Huey from Marietta Motorsports. I sponsored professional street freestyle rider Rowdy Rodney Sargent for a few years, was his friend for years before that and have always been impressed with his professionalism (please notice he always rocks full gear during his shows!) and friendlyness. He's never met a stranger and has been an ambasador for not just the freestyle / stunting world but the motorcycle community as a whole.



Rowdy is sick, bad. 

In his own words:

"I have been feeling a little under the weather the last few weeks and my energy hasn't been explosive like normal. Between riding the bikes or just being active with my dogs. I went to the hospital to have what I thought was just a high fever of 103° checked out. After every blood test imaginable, to multiple CT scans and eventually 2 bone marrow biopsies, 5 blood transfusions, I have now been taken to a very special Bone Marrow Transplant unit in Atlanta, GA. To my surprise, I have now been diagnosed with AML or Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Yes, I have Cancer. 

I am a person who has never once put a poisonous substance in my body. I've never smoked a cigarette, done drugs or even been drunk. Right now I'm a little baffled as to how this can happen to someone so healthy, but I guess its just another speed bump in this crazy life of mine. I would appreciate everyone keeping my friends and family in your thoughts and prayers, as they are all very upset by this tragic and very unexpected news. As for me, you know I'll bounce back as strong as ever or I'll die trying. Thank you for all of the calls, and messages this week, I appreciate all of the support more than you know. I hope all of you never take a day alive for granted, and live your lives to the fullest. I know I do. I do crazier things on my motorcycles every week than what Im about to go through. I might be down, but I'm far from out! "


All money raised will go straight to Rodney or his mom to use for things such as travel, bills, dog care, etc. while Rowdy is unable to work.

I will flat tell you Rodney is embaressed by this. I don't care. He will need help. And I want to start raising it before he gets behind. If there are any questions about the legitimacy of this please don't hesitate to call my shop.
