Rock 88.9's Community Santa with Rod

I've been challenged by my co-host Ashley to be this Friday's Community Santa with Rock 88.9.  I'll be personally donating the first $100 and I'm looking to have others donate what they can.  ALL monies raised will be donated to the Rock 88.9 and Salvation Army 5th annual Toy and Turkey Drive this Saturday, Dec 8th at the Walmart parking lot on the east side from 10-4.  The donations will go to buy Christmas gifts for families in need right here in the greater Saint John area.  The Salvation Army gets great rates with several vendors in town and the money goes further when they make the purchases.  The items needed are typically for older kids and teens.  Typically toy donations during toy drives bring lots of gifts for smaller kids, but not much for teens.  Anything you can donate will be much appreciated.  There's hundreds of kids who are in need of some Christmas cheer.  The deadline is Monday Dec 10th at 8am (AST).
