Help Raul Keep on Rockin' in the Free World!

Raul (not his real name) is an Indian on a temporary work assignment in Germany.  The only thing more delightful than this kid's permanent smile and blissful disposition is his passion for music.  A few weeks ago, he left me jawed dropped when I saw him walk up on stage on open mic night at a pub and play a rendition of a Pink Floyd song.  Him!  This 25-year old kid from Chennai playing Floyd!  Then he played Neil Young and Bob Dylan.  Wow!  He's younger than their grandkids and here he is keeping them alive.  

So, as it turns out, Raul doesn't have a guitar at home.  The one he played on stage is borrowed and while it's not a bad guitar, I can only imagine what he would do if he had a good one of his own.  And that's the purpose of this effort.

I want to raise enough money (about 1500 Euros) to buy Raul the sweetest Butterscotch Blonde Fender Telecaster from the Music Store Professional in Cologne .   

Raul would take to it like a duck to water and I have no doubt that every cent raised to help in this effort will come raging out of an amplifier as pure Rockin' joy.  

Please, won't you help a little?  If for nothing else than to see a good guy get something he really, truly deserves.
