Robby's Back Surgery

Hey yall! This is my dad Robby. He is a father of two, myself Bethany and his son Elijah. He is also recently a new grandfather this February to Elijahs little baby boy and soon my little baby boy in April. He is a great father and husband to his wife Vickie, and we want him to be able to communicate with his new grandchildren so they can grow up seeing how loving and full of humor he is. I'm sure most of yall have heard that in September 2018 he was having a lot of debilitating pain and was unable to work and forced to retire early from the USPS. He and my mom have spent the last 6 months going to different doctors and having tons of different test done to try to figure out what is wrong and it was just recently that they finally got answers which we are thankful for in of itself. He has been in pretty constant pain and has pretty much been on bedrest since then September. He finally had an MRI done of his upper back/neck and they found that he has two bulging discs that are causing a tremendous amount of pressure/stress on his back which is ultimately causing him all this pain. He was informed by the surgeon that if he does not have the surgery as soon as possible to fix the issue that he will lose the ability to use his left arm, the ability to cough which he has already started to lose, and the ability to speak normally. Unfortunately, it is a very expensive surgery and the insurance they have will not pay the whole amount and there are still going to be unforeseen cost during the process, for example, they will have to have another doctor present during surgery in case his vocal cords or sinuses get damaged during the surgery. They also will have to pay a good portion up front before they can schedule the surgery. We are asking for a helping hand in raising the money to help them with this surgery and recovery so he can start to get back to a normal life and be able to play catch with his grandchildren. My mom also is blind in one eye and unable to do things like driving and what not and so she does depend on my dad to get the shopping done, go to doctors appointment etc, so it is very important that he is able to continue these things.
