Richard (Rik) Buttelmann, 60, passed away on Friday, March 16, 2018.
Born in El Paso Texas, he was the son of Jack H and Barbara J Buttelmann. He graduated from Clear Lake High School in 1975 and continued his education, attending TSTI.
He Honorably served 7 years in the United States Marine Corps, with many deployments overseas; and he continued his love of travel through his civilian employment.
Rik was employed by Aramark at Baylor University in the Facilities Department, and lived in El Mott, Texas. He enjoyed motorcycles, movies, hi-tech gadgets and enjoyed spending time with his friends.
He is survived by his mother, Barbara; his sister, Ronda Martindale; his brother and sister in law Randy and Julia Buttelmann; and many nieces and nephews. He was proceeded by this Father, Jack Buttelmann.
The Memorial Service will be held
Friday, March 23 at 10:00 am at First Baptist Church, Belton, TX, 506 N. Main Street Belton 76513. Visitation will be after the service.
