Rick's medical funding

As some of you have seen from my recent posts on Facebook, my father was flown flight for life to the University or Colorado Medical Center. Yesterday afternoon, my mother & him went into Lowes in Pueblo. My father said he had to go to the restroom & on his way to the restroom, he stumbled & fell. Busting his head open. The doctors aren't sure what caused him to stumble. He went unconscious for a little while. But he was back coherent & moving when the EMT's had got there. After being in Parkview, they had to sedate him because he was so agitated & aggressive. He is now suffering with short term memory loss. He didn't remember falling. He didn't know where the blood came from. They then flew him flight for life to Aurora. Yesterday evening, the hospital here in Aurora kept him sedated. He underwent a hemicraniotomy. Which is where they remove part of his skull to drain the fluid & blood from his brain. It's a traumatic brain injury. His surgery went well. But he will be kept in a medically induced coma for 48-72 hours. After those hours when he starts waking up, we will know more on his neurological stage. They placed a bolt like thing in his brain to monitor the pressure in it. They say the first 72 hours is when the swelling is the worst. My family is not rich & never ask for handouts. But right now, we need a miracle. We have no clue how much everything is going to cost, & he will be up here for 3-4 weeks. Anything helps.
