Rickey's Words

$325 of $300 goal

Raised by 15 people in 11 months
As many of you know, Rickey is perfect but has low-functioning Autism and cannot speak.  We've been using a binder with velcro/laminated pictures but it's not the best.  I'm hoping to get him an Ipad with the program "pro lo quo" which should make him excel!  However, and Ipad and Otter Box is over $300 and I cannot swing it.  I'm not a fan of asking for hand outs but thought I'd put this out there.  Thank you :)

My daughters ages 2&4 are both on the spectrum and also nonverbal. We are working on getting my 4 year old an iPad and proloquo too, so I understand where you are at. Looks like you are almost there!! Good luck

My brother is autistic and the first time he was able to communicate with me through the IPad was so amazing it brought tears to my eyes. I hope it works as well for him.
