Richard's Memorial & Funeral

Donation protected

My name is Sylvia Peralta and I am Richard's sister.  My family and I are attempting to lay my brother to rest and provide him with a proper burial.

Richard Peralta was a US Navy Corpsman that was recently honorably discharged from the military. He recently moved back to Utah and for the past 5 years many of his friends described Richard as a caring (doc/medic) who took care of his brothers and sisters in the Navy and Marine Corps. Richard continued his legacy of caring for others by continuing to help his fellow vetarans at the local VA hospital here in Utah.
Richi suffered from depression yet he still helped others get through their issues.

We are asking those, who would like to donate, to help his family put him to rest at the local Veterans Memorial Cementary. The funds donated will be used for his funeral costs and what ever is in excess will be for his son.

We are planning on holding his funeral in Salt Lake City, UT on January 4th and his burial on January 5th.

Why does this mean so much to us? Before Richard was an Navy Corpsman, he was a son, a brother, a cousin, a friend. His family would like to honor who he was and his accomplishments during his short life.

We would be very thankful to be able to make this happen with the help of anyone who can.
