Richard W Coen Memorial Fund

This Go Fund Me has been set-up to memorialize Richard Coen, who passed away on Tuesday, June 20th.  His two biggest loves in life were engineering and animals in need.  Funds raised through this account will be distributed to multiple animal rescue charities and will also be set aside to start a scholarship fund for university students in need who want to study engineering.
