The Rice School Students in the Aftermath of Hurricane Harvey

Please help the PTO continue it's support of The Rice School by donating.  

On Friday, August 25, Hurricane Harvey hit Corpus Christi, Texas.  Pounding rains and rapidly rising floodwaters caused by Hurricane Harvey pummeled the city of Houston displacing thousands of residents. 

We are a K-8 grade school with over 1200 students from the Houston Area. With the start of our school year just a few days away and a large number of our students were displaced by the recent floods; we would like to help students and teachers by providing the following:

School Supplies (Backpacks, paper, pens, crayons, glue etc...)

Khaki’s pant, shorts, skirts, skorts

Polo Shirts

Jackets

Shoes

Socks

Underwear

Toiletries

It truly takes a village to raise a child and in these trying times we would like to help alleviate some of the stress parents and students may face.  

The Rice School PTO will manage all donations with the directions of Parents, Teachers and Staff!

All monies collected will be withdrawn by PTO and used for the sole purpose of purchasing items listed above.  Initial withdrawal will be on the first day of school 9/11/2017 and continue until all fund are exulted or all immediate needs are met.
