Trusty Rusty Sculpture

Wooly is the first sculpture of several to be brought to our beautiful City of Rice Lake shoreline.  A small group of dedicated volunteers have worked tirelessly the last year to make this happen through research, traveling to visit artists, seeking approval from the city and asking for support from various organizations and businesses in the Rice Lake area.  Now they need help to finish out the fundraising goal.  All proceeds will be put towards the purchase of Wooly and two more sculptures in the next four years along with preparing the permanent location where he will live on hospital point and two more locations on Lakeshore Drive.  This is the first of several sculptures that will highlight our history but also become a unique spot for residents and tourists to gather and enjoy the art and view of the lake.
