Making lemonade

July 2018 was the worst month in history for us. On July 1st, Daniel was hit by a drunk driver, mid month my new car was hit, the water pump went out on his car and then, the worst even of all, Junior was in a terrible accident and has a terrible head injury - including a seriously fractured skull. In the coming days, he will require surgery and will be at Children's Oakland for several weeks. 

Daniel is the sole breadwinner for himself, Diana and Junior. He will be off work and at the hospital this entire time and has no sick or vacation time on the books, due to the time off taken to recover from being hit. He is very concerned about meeting his bills, having no car to drive, whether or not to pay for lunch for themselves, etc. I am also with them and I too have no time on the books. 

So, although I never thought i'd be able to swallow my pride enough to ask, I am asking for donations for Daniel - so that he can focus on Junior's recovery and not finances. I don't care if you donate one dollar, or one hundred dollars - every single dollar raised will be a dollar more than he had. 

It will all go to Daniel, as a token of love for him and his family.
