The nations are hungry for a love the world cannot give. A love that drives us to obedience, compassion and action. A love that doesn’t look the other way but walks selflessly into pain and need. My response... YES
For the last 12 weeks I have been studying at a Discipleship Training School with YWAM in Herrnhut.
As a team of young people from all across the world, we spent the last month on tour around Germany partnering with churches, youth groups and ministering on the streets, university campuses and to refugees. God encountered people through healing, we saw salvations and even preached the gospel to people who had never heard the name of Jesus.
In June we are traveling further into the nations. My team is off to a location in the Middle East. God broke my heart for the Middle East a few years back when I was at university. Since then I spent the last few years working with refugees in the UK to provide personal support as they resettle and rebuild their lives. To go to the Middle East and share the love of Jesus is a dream God laid on my heart and it’s an incredible to be sent.
I’ll be working particularly with children and families. I am raising support for the ground fees. This covers food, transport, accommodation, resources for ministry and gifts to bless the people we spend our time with. We really want to bless generously as we build relationships with locals and refugees.
