Help for John Vazquez’s med bills

76 year old John Vazquez had both his kidneys fail, is on dialysis and now legally blind.... He is in dire need of funds for medical expenses and expenses for the care of his bed ridden wife, who suffers for MS.... The request for help is urgent as bills continue to mount as both John and his wife's health decline.....  
 I request this assistance for a Navy veteran and ret. police lieutenant who has dedicated his life to public service.... He was as a Navy veteran who is a trained musician,  police lieutenant and defensive tactics instructor.... He help train police and military personell all over the world..... A founding father of The Hispanic Law Enforcement  officers association of Union County New Jersey , John is well respected..... This plea for assistance is extremely urgent....
