Our streams, wildlife, and communities are in danger in this pivotal moment of life on our planet. We urgently need clean water, healthy wildlife habitat, flood protection, drought resistance and a new generation of young people equipped to tackle environmental challenges.
Students and Teachers Restoring A Watershed (STRAW) has spent 25 years with tens of thousands of students doing just this. An award-winning program, STRAW is making a positive impact now and into the future.
STRAW brings students, teachers, and communities together to restore streams and wetlands. STRAW, a program of Point Blue Conservation Science, provides hands-on, professional habitat restoration, classroom education, teacher training, and standards-aligned curriculum—free of charge.
This program has pioneered a mix of education, innovation, habitat restoration, and community involvement in a way that helps nature respond to climate change. With $150,000, we will increase our educational capacity, expand our climate-smart restoration, and engage a wider and more diverse range of people.
Your donation will have a positive impact on our beautiful Earth—right now. Thank you for helping to restore a healthy, blue planet. Your donation today makes a difference.
