respite house for melanie

my daughter Melanie is 33 years old. she is intellectually disabled and suffers from an epileptic syndrome called Lennox Gaustaut syndrome. she has speech and behavioural problems.
Melanie and i have been on our own since melanie was 10. we have lived in beautiful beechworth for the last 22 years.
i access 10 hours of in home respite per week, during this time i physically have to leave the house so mel and her carer have a place to be. as i am older i find that i would really love to also stay home so that i can rest .
this is only possible if we can find another venue for either of us to access close to home.
i have discovered that a small house at the iconic MAYDAY HILLS is available.. needs work, but it is 5 minutes from home and stands alone.. the beautiful grounds surrounding Mayday present safety and freedom for my daughter, if i can come up with enough finance.
if we could buy this house then we could set it up for respite not just for melanie, but also for other disabled people in this area, who may not have anywhere to go on bad weather days, days when they don't want to access local options ect.
if Mel was unwell and couldn't leave home, i could go 5 minutes away and have a nana nap, read a book.. anything but travel aimlessly around for 5 hours !
the premises is available now, not sure if anyone else interested, so keen to try and raise some funds.
owning this venue would be a GODSEND.. i am tired and all i want to do when i have respite is stay home.. read a book, put my legs up & close my eyes, maybe pot around the garden, sit under a tree.... unless you have disabilities in your life, i don't think you can fully comprehend how rare and valuble these simple pleasures are.
without an option for mel to access this is not possible.
