WORLD FOOD CHAMPIONSHIP

The World Food Championships is the largest competition in Food Sport, where grand champions of previous events convene for a chance at winning the ultimate food crown and a share of hundreds of thousands of dollars in prize money. The World Food Championships is also the springboard for many up and coming culinary stars and home cooks as they seek TV fame through many well-known food shows and acting opportunities.
I Earned a GOLDEN TICKET by placing second place in Ohio in a recent competition and Qualified to the World Food Championship in Dallas , Texas!! If you didn't know this competition is not one you can just enter you have to earn your place in this competition meaning you have to win a Golden Ticket To Go so you can see how important this is to any chef who receives a golden ticket to get there.

The World Food Championship is a pretty big deal for any chefs career.
I am so proud to be teaming up with Chris Sussman aka the BBQ Buddha whom I was honored to cook with at the Memphis in May BBQ competition for the Big Green Egg . He will be my Sous and we plan to be a Powerhouse team. 

Being this was unexpected I need support to get my butt over there! These competitions are definitely not cheap and as a chef and anybody that goes we are all responsible for getting ourselves over there including any equipment food or anything we need to compete with. Entry fee just to sign up is $300, then I have airfare car rental and room, then all of the things I need to compete with. Costs are very expensive especially when you're doing more than one competition per year.  This is half of the amount that I would need to go so I will raise the money myself and Save  for the rest .
