Rescue Johnny

I am unbelievably saddened by the situation of shelters and rescues here in Los Angeles and probably most other areas. I have been trying for weeks to help a poor dog have a chance and all it’s been is red tape and constant barriers. This dog I found was hurt, abused and very sick. I had the opportunity to see his good side and see how sweet of a dog he is when he finally trusted me. He has now been at Baldwin park animal shelter and it seems impossible for him to be rescued due to them labeling his as aggressive. He was never available for adoption to the public and so I found a rescue to break him out and now he isn’t available for that either, rescues I have spoken with have never heard of this either. This dog is now stuck in a place who is denying him any chance. He’s been there over a month and looks worse now then when I found him . He is obviously sick and I have no control in the situation. I’m asking for anyone to help contact the people who need to be contacted so this poor baby has a chance . I have exhausted every option and emailed , texted , called and shown up to the shelter on multiply occasions, but the sad part is there’s to many dogs , not enough help and no space . This whole system sickens me. Thank you to everyone that has helped me thus far! The world needs more people like you!
