Rescue dog in need of urgent care!

I am sending out a plea for help for my dog, Pip who desperately needs medical help that I cannot afford. I am very embarrassed to ask this because I have had to ask for help before. I am unable to work and have applied for disability. I am able to take care of my pets for the most part and most of them are rescues that found me. But when emergencies like this come up that I don't have time to save for, I have no other option but to ask for help. I am very active in the online rescue community and know that we all come together to help our own. I would be so grateful for any help for my Pip. He is in pain and knowing there is nothing I can do aside from humanely euthanizing him when something such as a general surgery could fix him kills me. 

He has a small mass on his anus and an infected tooth. I am told he has dental disease. I have always taken very good care of his teeth. He just had a cleaning about 4 years ago. Because of the dental disease, they want to do another cleaning along with the tooth removal. I have attached the estimate from the vet.  

I really need to get him in this week. If I can't come up with the money, I don't know what I am going to do. $754.00 is a lot. I would be grateful for any help. No amount is too small! Thank-you so much...from the bottom of my heart!
